If you are reading this, thank you for taking the time! You may have gathered from my page that I have all my shit together now that I've gotten some very toxic people out of my life. Well, allow me to clarify...my life is by no means perfect. I still have unhealthy eating habits, I don't exercise enough, and there is a mean girl residing in my mind that I like to call Regina. She likes to pop in now and then to tell me how useless I am and how I'll never measure up. The good news is, I'm on a healing path and am working little by little to be a better me, and that's what really matters. It's not about being perfect, it's about continuous improvement.


Whether you have your own mental health struggles to overcome or you're on your own spiritual path and just want some outside perspective, I created this blog for you! Although I may talk about myself from time to time, this is not about me. It's about providing helpful mental health resources for free, providing a safe space for people to exchange ideas, and sharing content that people can relate to. It's also about raising our levels of consciousness to realize there is something bigger than us that can aid in fulfilling our true life's purpose. If I still have your attention, please read on.
